Our Responsibilities (The Platform)
As the operator of CareConnect, we are committed to providing a resilient, intelligent infrastructure that facilitates impactful connections and partnerships. Any reliance on the Platform for life-critical purposes is prohibited, and responsibility for decisions, compliance, and risk management persists solely with the participating parties.
We are responsible for:
Facilitating Credibility: We provide the verification frameworks users need to demonstrate their legitimacy. While we do not guarantee the performance of any partner, outcomes, or deliverables, we support the technical systems that flag verified status. CareConnect does not make decisions on behalf of users/partners.
Data Security: We are responsible for implementing robust security measures to protect sensitive NGO and corporate data, and for ensuring that consent protocols are rigorously enforced to prevent data misuse.
Algorithmic Clarity: We ensure that our adaptive matching logic remains unbiased and focused on maximising social impact and SDG alignment, providing users with clear indicators of why a match was recommended.
Service Resilience: We strive to ensure platform availability, particularly for the "Crisis Response" gateways, and to provide low-bandwidth alternatives (SMS/WhatsApp) to support users in LMICs.
Your Responsibilities (The User)
By utilising CareConnect services, whether as an NGO, Company, or Volunteer, you agree to uphold the following standards of professional conduct:
Accuracy of Information: Please upload accurate information regarding your legal status, financial history, and project outcomes. Any documentation uploaded to the must be current and authentic.
Data Integrity: You must insert real data for all impact metrics. Manipulating or inflating "beneficiary reach" or "SDG progress" figures is grounds for immediate account suspension, as this data feeds the platform's collective intelligence.
Professional Accountability: You are accountable for the commitments made through the platform. This includes following through on "Project Commits" and following the terms of any e-signed contracts.
Ethical Networking: Users must respect the "Request Contact" protocols. You agree not to bypass platform gating to spam partners and to preserve the highest standards of Responsible Business Conduct (RBC) in all interactions initiated through CareConnect.
